Our Information and Advocacy Service operates via helpline, email, and appointment only.

The Helpline is open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday between 10 am and 1 pm.

Helpline number: 00353 (1) 764 5854.

Please note that this number receives a high number of calls. We may not be able to answer your call immediately.

Alternatively, please email [email protected]. Emails are triaged on the basis of urgency.

An in-person appointment can be organized depending on the nature of the advice needed.
