Our 2023 Impact Report was published in June 2024, it is a record of how as an organisation we came together to support all those who came to us looking for help.

Here are some of the highlights from that report:

• Charities Institute Charity of the Year Award 
• 27,899 incoming calls to our helplines
• 10 new High Court Judicial Review cases.
• 354 women enrolled for upskilling programmes.
• 459 homeless International Protection Applicants supported.
• 78 students were awarded financial grants via our Education Fund.
• 17 community sponsorship groups supported and trained to welcome resettled people directly to their communities.
