Charlotte joined the IRC in May 2015. Working as our Education Officer, she managed and developed our education work. In July 2023 Charlotte become the organisation's Operations Manager. 

From July 2023, Charlotte was appointed Operations Manager. She brings extensive project management skills and experience into this role. Charlotte holds a BSc in Geography, Social Policy & Social Justice and an MSc in Equality Studies from University College Dublin.

She is married with three children and in her spare time, likes to swim in the sea.
