I am not eligible to apply for family reunification, is there another way to bring my family? 

You can investigate applying for a Join Family Visa.

However, please be aware that these can be very difficult to obtain depending on your circumstances (e.g your income) and which family member you wish to apply for. 

A join family visa for a spouse or child is more likely to be successful than a visa for sibling or parent. 

If you are a non-EEA sponsor, you are required to have earned at least €30,000 per year (gross income) in the two years prior to applying for the visa. In other words, if you wish to apply for a visa in 2024, you should have earned a minimum of €30,000 in 2023 and again in 2022.

If you are an Irish citizen, the income requirement is lower. 

If you do not meet all requirements, you can still apply outlining the exceptional circumstances and/or humanitarian reasons. The Minister may agree to waive the criteria.  

These applications can be quite complex and you should probably seek the support of a lawyer with the application. Especially if you do not meet the requirements.
